When properties are digitised, their benefits for society, the environment and the economy can be quantified. In order to comply with KPIs, target definitions and legal requirements and to be able to derive measures from them, building and consumer data must be continuously recorded, measured and interpreted. Moreover, sustainability must not only be considered in the use phase of a building. Ecological aspects, such as embodied carbon, must also be taken into account in planning and financing, in construction and operation, and in recycling. Cross-phase data management ("life cycle data management") thus forms the basis for consistent sustainability management and plays a key role for portfolio owners and asset managers in particular: only the ongoing analysis, interpretation and documentation of construction, development and consumer data enable transparent decision-making processes that can still be traced years later in the event of further optimisation measures, legal regulations or personnel departures.

We support you with specialist knowledge, software-supported consulting and a wealth of experience from around 100 projects in the measurement and visualisation of your sustainability data. We calculate your sustainability key figures such as energy and emission values as well as the associated costs and yield risks. From this, we derive economic sustainability measures together with you and set up the necessary monitoring of your CO2 emissions.

We support you in determining your energy balance, calculating your emissions at property and portfolio level and identifying problem properties in your building stock. We then design a climate protection roadmap for your properties and buildings so that you are always one step ahead of any regulations.
Investment and measures planning
Once we have determined the necessary figures, we analyse your options within the given budget and can show how much CO2 you save per amount invested. We show you concrete fields of action with a direct impact on your emissions (e.g. in relation to energy consumption or building envelope refurbishment) and draw up a plan of action for the steady reduction of greenhouse gases.
Yield forecasts
We create a transparent data basis for your investment decisions, CAPEX planning or real estate strategy. We base our calculations on the DCF model (discounted cash flow) and calculate the expected return. We also include sustainability risks and show the concrete effects of energy consumption and CO2 emissions on your return.
